Earlier today at a press conference in Beijing, ZTE unveiled two new handsets, Nubia Z9 Max and Nubia Z9 Mini, offering users with an excellent set of specifications and an affordable price tag.
ZTE Nubia Z9 Max boasts a 5.5-inch display while the Nubia Z9 Mini is slightly smaller featuring a 5-inch display. Both devices come with a 1,920 by 1,080 pixels resolution so they should offer users with a decent viewing experience.
ZTE Nubia Z9 Max comes with top-of-the-line specifications on board, featuring an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. If you find the storage to be a little less for you, the handset also comes with a microSD card slot which supports up to 128GB of memory. There’s a 2,900 mAh battery and ships with Android 5.0 Lollipop as its operating system out of the box. As far as the photographic capabilities are concerned, the handset has a 16MP camera for photos and videos as well as an 8Mp front-facing camera.
As for the ZTE Nubia Z9 Mini, it offers almost a similar set of specifications with a few minor changes including a Snapdragon 615 processor, 2GB of RAM and a smaller 5-inch 1080p display. Rest of the specifications are the same, a 2,900 mAh battery, 16MP camera, 8MP secondary camera and Android 5.0 Lollipop.
The ZTE Nubia Z9 Max costs 2,499 yuan while the Z9 Mini carry a less 1,499 yuan price tag.
