We know Microsoft is working on their next generation Xbox console which is rumored to be called the Xbox 720, and now it would appear that we may have some more details about their new gaming console.
According to a recent report by VG247, the new Xbox 720 console will come with a Blu-ray player and will also feature two GPU’s which will apparently work independently from each other.
The processor on the Xbox 720 is expected to feature either four or six cores, and the console will also come with tighter than the existing model, and may require an always on internet connection as an anti-piracy measure.
Microsoft are expected to launch the Xbox 720 some time in 2013, and its possible that we may have to wait until Christmas of 2013 for their next generation console to launch.
