Trim Delta 3D Printer V2.0

E-MERGIN Innovations have returned once again to Kickstarter with the aim of raising €17,000 to help take their new Trim Delta 3D Printer V2.0 into production.

Building on their original successful Kickstarter campaign which raised over €76,000 back in 2016. The team has now refined the design of their 3D printer even further to provide a new “hassle free and flawless 2.0 version”.

With the experience gained since the first campaign and the feedback from our first backers, we improved our delta 3D printer to make it easier, faster and more reliable. We selected the best components available on the market and have first choice suppliers.   With a new automated calibration function and a new accurate auto bed leveling system, no more need to spend long times on setting up the printer!

Specifications include:

• Full custom aluminum frame, ultra rigid, composed of only 5 parts (top, bottom, 3x beams)

• Diamond head compatible (multi-color / multi materials print)

• Head redesign with integrated compact part cooling system
• Printable diameter of 240mm (with enclosure on)

• Autobed leveling by JohnSL with 3x FSR sensor with a dedicated microcontroller : signal filtering and auto calibration (if you add weight on top, the zero is done again automatically)
