Those gamers that have been enjoying playing The Division since its launch will be interested to know that Ubisoft Massive provided more details about the upcoming 1.1 update that will take the form of Incursion via a live-stream.
If you missed the live stream you’ll be glad to know that YouTube member Arekkz Gaming has created a roundup of all the new details you can expect to enjoy once the Division 1.1 update is made available to all on April 12th, 2016.
Details of the Falcon Lost Raid
During the live stream, Ubisoft Massive revealed more details about the game’s first raid, explaining that it will be entitled Falcon Lost. This raid will provide two difficulties which have been tailored for players with gear at or slightly beyond the soft level cap. The first difficulty level is designed to be challenging yet achievable for most players who have been steadily upgrading their gear. The second difficulty level, named Challenge Mode, has been created to provide an even tougher challenge for players who are looking for a more intense experience.
The Division Falcon Lost raid has no checkpoints, so if you unfortunately wipe out, you need to start the whole thing again. This adds a layer of difficulty and requires players to strategize and coordinate effectively with their team. The raid is set in an underground water treatment facility that has been taken over by the Last Man Battalion, a rogue military group. Players will need to navigate through waves of enemies and use their skills and teamwork to overcome various obstacles and bosses.
New Weaponry and Gear
In addition to the new raid, the 1.1 update will also introduce new weaponry and gear. Players can look forward to new gear sets that provide unique bonuses and abilities when equipped together. These gear sets are designed to complement different playstyles, whether you prefer to be a tank, a healer, or a damage dealer. Some of the new gear sets include the Sentry’s Call, which enhances marksman abilities, and the Striker’s Battlegear, which boosts assault capabilities.
The update will also bring new high-end weapons that offer powerful new options for players to customize their loadouts. These weapons include the Warlord, a high-damage assault rifle, and the Valkyria, a submachine gun with a high rate of fire. Players will need to complete challenging missions and activities to obtain these new weapons and gear, adding more depth and replayability to the game.

The 1.1 update also introduces a new feature called Supply Drops. These are loot-filled crates that periodically drop into the game world, providing players with valuable rewards. However, these Supply Drops are heavily guarded by enemies, so players will need to fight their way to the loot. This new feature adds an element of excitement and competition, as players race to secure the Supply Drops before others do.
Another significant addition in the update is the introduction of Assignments. These are daily and weekly tasks that provide players with additional objectives to complete. Assignments offer rewards such as Phoenix Credits, Division Tech, and other valuable resources. This new feature encourages players to log in regularly and provides more variety in gameplay.
Overall, the Division 1.1 update promises to bring a wealth of new content and improvements to the game. With the introduction of the Falcon Lost raid, new gear sets, high-end weapons, Supply Drops, and Assignments, players will have plenty of new challenges and rewards to look forward to. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a new player, the 1.1 update offers something for everyone.
