Swype 3.0 is still in its beta stage of developed but its creators have today released it to the world to try. The new Swype 3.0 Beta version of their fast text input software will now support Google Honeycomb and brings the convenience of faster text imputing to tablet devices equipped with Google new tablet specific OS.
Swype allows you to continuously move your finger in a stylus motion across the screen keyboard, enabling users to input words faster and easier than other data input methods, and up to 40 words per minute.
Swype 3.0 beta version also brings with a number of new features including support for HVGA, WVGA, FWVGA, QVGA, WQVGA, WSVGA, qHD screen sizes. A new Horizontal Word Choice List replaces our popup word choice window, and now gives users an experience more in-line with evolving Android standards and enables faster dictionary control and word selection.
