US mobile carrier Sprint is now taking pre-orders on LG’s flexible Android smartphone, the LG G Flex, and the handset will set you back $299.99 when you take out a new two year contract with Sprint.
Sprint are also offering the LG G Flex without a contract, you can buy the device for $649.99 contract free, and the carrier will start shipping the handset on the 31st of January.
The LG G Flex comes with some interesting specifications, the handset features a 6 inch flexible curved display that has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, and the display is curved vertically.
The G Flex also comes with a quad core 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, an Adreno 320 GPU and 2GB of RAM, there is also 32GB of built in storage.
The handset is equipped with front and rear facing cameras, which include a 2 megapixel camera up front for video calls, and a 13 megapixel camera on the back which can record full HD video in 1080p.
The LG G Flex will come with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, and it also features NFC, WiFi and Bluetooth, and comes with a 3,500 mAh battery.
