We have been hearing rumors over the last few weeks that Sprint’s version of the HTC One X would be called the HTC Evo One, the device is now official although it has a different name than we had heard, the device is called the HTC Evo 4G LTE on Sprint.
The HTC Evo 4G LTE comes with a 4.7 inch HD Super LCD touchscreen display that has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, processing is provided by a dual core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor, and it comes with the latest version of Google’s mobile OS, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
As well as Android 4.0, the HTC Evo 4G LTE also features the latest version of HTC’s custom user interface, HTC Sense 4.0, and it comes with an 8 megapixel camera which can record full HD video in 1080p.
Other specifications on the HTC Evo 4G LTE include 4G LTE, NFC, plus 16GB of built in storage and a microSDHC card slot which can take up to 32GB cards, it will be available for $199.99 when you sign up to a new two year contract with sprint.
