If you want more pimped out bling in your console gaming and happen to be a Castle Crashers devotee, then maybe you should partake in the Tournament of Champions.
Have no doubt about it, above is a 24-karat gold plated Xbox 360 Elite reserved for the first placer in the brutal castle Crashers rumble that will pit a multitude of contenders against each other on Xbox Live Arcade.
Of course, there’s no first prize without a few consolation giveaways for the *losers*. I you can’t bag the championship, there’s another Xbox stamped with a Castle Crashers theme. The bottom rung is reserved for the unfortunate mortal who gets a whole bunch (some 250) of those hideous chickens populating the hay on the pic above. Man, that sucks.
Here’s the official decree from The Behemoth’s blog:
“To be eligible for the tournament you have to be in the top 100 Weekly Ranked Arena players on the Castle Crashers leaderboards at noon (PST) on January 28th. You will have all that week to battle amongst yourselves to claim those spots. The top 100 will compete in 1 on 1 Arena matches, in a single elimination tournament format on Saturday February 5th, until we have a victor! You have 2 weeks to hone your skills before the tournament begins!
