The Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge smartphones could be very popular devices for the company, we have already heard that Samsung have had massive pre-orders of their new smartphones.
Now according to a recent report, Samsung will be tripling the production of their Galaxy S6 Edge handset.
Samsung has apparently seen good demand for their Galaxy S6 Edge smartphone and they are looking to increase production of the handset and will probably triple the amount of handsets that they had planned to build.
Samsung are looking at other suppliers to provide a number of parts for the Galaxy S6 Edge, specifically their touchscreen panels which were previously only supplied by one company.
This will allow Samsung to increase the production of their new S6 Edge smartphone to meet the demand from the mobile carriers for when the handset launches next month.
It will be interesting to see how popular the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge become, from initial reports it looks like Samsung’s changes with the design and the use of premium materials could make both handsets very popular.
