It looks like we may have a possible release date for the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablet, as it would appear that one retailer will start selling the device from next Friday, the 13th of June. Samsung are holding a press event in new York on the 12th of June.
The news comes from @evleaks, who posted a photo showing that the device will launch at an unnamed retailer on the 13th of June.
Samsung are expected to launch two versions of their new Galaxy Tab S tablet, one with an 8.4 inch display, the other with a 10.5 inch display.
Both of these new Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablets are said to feature a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, and it is rumored to be powered by an eight core Samsung Exynos 5420 processor clocked at 1.9GHz.
Other rumored specifications on the Samsung Galaxy Tab s include 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built in storage, the device will also feature a microSD card slot for extra storage.
These new Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablets will come with front and rear facing cameras, on the front there will be a 2 megapixel camera, on the back there will be an 8 megapixel camera.
This new Android tablet will apparently come with Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat, we should have full details on both the new 8.4 inch version and 10.5 inch version of the Galaxy Tab S next week.
