
We heard earlier today that the new Samsung Galaxy S7 is due to be made official in January 2016, the handset will apparently hit the stores some time in February.
Now we have some more information on the device, the handset will apparently be made from a combination of glass and magnesium.
According to a recent report, the new Samsung Galaxy S7 will feature a unibody design which is constructed from magnesium, the device will also come with a glass rear panel.
Samsung are expected to launch two versions of the handset, the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge, there will apparently be three different processor options for each device.
One processor is the new Exynos 8990, Samsung will launch these devices in Europe and Asia, another is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 which will be made available in the US and China. The third processor is apparently a Samsung Exynos 7422 which will be headed to India.
These new smartphones are expected to either come with a QHD or 4k resolution display and we are also expecting them to come with 4GB of RAM, plus update cameras, the rear camera is rumored to be a 20 megapixel camera.
Both handsets are expected to come with the latest version of Google’s mobile OS, Android 6.0 Marshmallow, as soon as we get some more information on the new Samsung Galaxy S7 we will let you guys know.
