As expected Samsung has today launched their new smartphone in the form of the Galaxy S6 Edge+ builds in the design and technology included in their previous Galaxy S6 Edge launched previously.
Features of the Galaxy S6 Edge+ include the dual edge 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display allowing for a new “Apps edge,” to provide quick access to your favourites, together with 4GB RAM.
The Galaxy S6 Edge+ is constructed from durable 7000 Series aluminium and is now 1.7 times stronger and 1.3 times more scratch-resistant than the alloy typically used in smartphones, says Samsung.
A mother useful features of the Galaxy S6 Edge+ is the “Live Broadcast” mode that is part of the native camera app and allows users to shared a real-time live video stream in Full HD from their camera to any individual, group of contacts, or the public via YouTube. So, whether you’re spending the day shopping, live broadcasting, chatting with friends, or doing all three, you can rest assured knowing that a full charge is only 90 minutes away with wired charging. In addition, you can charge the new device in approximately 120 minutes through Samsung’s latest wireless charger.
With improved video capabilities, including “Steady Video,” which provides Video Digital Image Stabilization on both the front and rear cameras, users can film sharp, crisp videos anywhere, anytime, along with smooth and perfectly centered selfie videos. When combined with “Video Collage” mode, which allows one to record and edit short videos in various frames and effects, self-expression is limitless.
The availability and launch timing of both products vary by markets and mobile carriers. Both devices are available globally starting from August, 2015. Both have 32GB or 64GB storage options available in White Pearl, Black Sapphire, Gold Platinum and Silver Titanium.
