
Samsung’s Unpacked 2015 event will kick off in a few hours where the company is expected to launch the highly anticipated Galaxy Note 5 as well as the Galaxy S6 Edge+.
We’ll have complete details about the handsets in a few hours, but if it makes you feel any better, the alleged Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ will go up for pre-orders in Korea from August 20th.
All make carriers in the country, including SK Telecom, KT and LG U+, will start taking pre-orders of the alleged device from August 20th. At the moment, there’s no word if the pre-orders will go up for sale in any other key market across the globe. There’s also no word about the pricing of the handset at the moment.
As far as the specifications are concerned, the alleged device will reportedly come with a curved 5.7-inch QHD display, an octa-core Exynos processor, 4GB of RAM, 16MP camera for photos and videos, a 3,000 mAh battery and will ship with Android 5.1 Lollipop as its operating system.
The event will kick off in about 4 hours from now in New York, we’ll update you as soon as the handsets are officially announced by the company.
