We previously heard that the new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 would be launching earlier than normal. The handset was expected to be released at the end of July or in the first week of August.
According to a recent report the device has now been delayed a few weeks. This is apparently because the handset is having a design change.
Samsung;s vice Chairman Lee Jae-yong has apparently ordered a design change on the display. The thickness of the display will apparently be reduced by 0.5mm to improve the overall design of the handset.
This change will apparently delay the new Note 9 by a couple of weeks, which means it will be revealed some time in the middle of August and could go on sale in late August or early September.
