Earlier in the week we heard a rumor that the new Samsung Galaxy Note 5 could be launching in July and now Samsung’s JK Shin has denied the rumors of an early launch for the Note 5.
JK Shin did not give any details on a release date for the Galaxy Note 5, although considering that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was announced in September of last year, it looks like the new model could be announced at IFA.
So far we have heard a number of rumored Samsung Galaxy Note 5 specifications, the handset is said to come with a Ultra HD 4K display which will measure either 5.4 or 5.5 inches.
The handset is also rumored to come with a new Samsung Exynos 7422 processor which will feature the processor, GPU, RAM and LTE modem on a single chip.
The Note 5 should come with at least 3GB of RAM, although we wouldn’t be surprised if the handset actually comes with 4GB of RAM.
We are also expecting a new Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Edge to be announced along with the Note 5, the handset will probably be called the Note Edge 2 or something similar.
If the device is announced at IFA 2015 in September, which takes place between the 4th and 9th of September, then we would expect the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 release date to either be some time around the end of September or in early October, as soon as we get some more details about the handsets, we will let you guys know.
