The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is rumored to come with two different processors, one will be a 2.3GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, the other a Samsung Exynos 5420 processor.
We had previously heard that Samsung would launch different processors in different regions, although now it would appear that only the Snapdragon 800 powered Samsung Galaxy note 3 will be available at launch.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will come with 3GB of RAM and a choice of 16GB, 32GB and 64GB of built in storage, the handset will also come with an advanced camera.
According to a number of reports the camera on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be a 13 megapixel version with a range of advanced camera features like optical image stabilization.
We have also heard that Samsung will include some of the galaxy S4 features in the new Note 3, which will include Eye Pause and Eye scroll, which is Samsung’s new Eye tracking features.
