We are expecting the new Samsung Galaxy Note 10 to launch some time in August and now it would appear that the 10th of August could be the release date for the handset.
According to a recent report, Samsung are expected to launch the Galaxy Note 10 on the 10th of August, last year’s Galaxy Note 9 launched on the 9th of August.
Expected Features and Specifications
We recently saw some benchmarks for two versions of the new Samsung Galaxy Note 10, and we are expecting Samsung to launch three models of the device. The handset will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor or a Samsung Exynos 9825, depending on the region. RAM will be between 8GB and 12GB, ensuring smooth multitasking and performance.
There are expected to be two display sizes, a 6.28-inch display for the regular Note 10 and a larger 6.75-inch display for the Note 10 Pro. Both displays are likely to feature Samsung’s signature Super AMOLED technology, offering vibrant colors and deep blacks. Additionally, the Note 10 series is expected to support HDR10+ for an enhanced viewing experience.
Camera and Battery
In terms of camera capabilities, the Galaxy Note 10 is rumored to feature a triple-camera setup on the back, including a primary sensor, an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a telephoto lens. The Note 10 Pro might even include a fourth Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensor for improved depth sensing and augmented reality applications. On the front, both models are expected to have a high-resolution selfie camera, possibly housed in a punch-hole design.
Battery life is always a critical aspect of any smartphone, and the Galaxy Note 10 series is no exception. The regular Note 10 is expected to come with a 4,300 mAh battery, while the Note 10 Pro might feature an even larger battery to support its bigger display and additional features. Both models are likely to support fast charging and wireless charging, making it convenient for users to keep their devices powered throughout the day.
This date has not been confirmed as yet; it is just a rumor. As soon as we get some details on the official release date of the handset, we will let you guys know.
Software and Additional Features
The Galaxy Note 10 series will run on Samsung’s One UI, based on Android 9.0 Pie or possibly Android 10, depending on the release timeline. One UI is designed to make one-handed use easier and more intuitive, with a focus on simplicity and ease of navigation. The Note 10 series is also expected to come with Samsung’s S Pen, which has been a hallmark of the Note series. The S Pen is rumored to have new features, including enhanced Bluetooth capabilities and possibly even air gestures.
Another exciting feature could be the inclusion of 5G support, at least for the Note 10 Pro model. This would make the Note 10 Pro one of the first devices to support the next generation of mobile networks, offering faster download and upload speeds, lower latency, and improved overall performance.
