The folks at NokiaPowerUsers received a tip from an anonymous tipster who says he has the Nokia’s device release roadmap for the next four month. According to the Nokia roadmap, Nokia will unveil a new tablet by the end of September followed a number of dual-SIM Lumia devices in October. The Finnish manufacturer is also expected to launch a much-awaited phablet in November followed by a number of devices in December.
Let’s get to the point, Nokia is expected to launch a tablet running Windows 8.1. The chances of the tablet running Windows 8.1 are more as Nokia has doubts about the success of Windows RT. The tablet was expected to launch this month but it was postponed to meet the schedule for Windows 8.1 release.
Nokia Tablet for AT&T will be announced in last week of September. He is unsure as it is Win8.1 or WinRT 8.1 tablet but says chances of Win8.1 is more as Nokia is not confident of WinRT success (Old news). Also, somehow contrary to what our sources indicated tipster says, the Phablet may see an announcement in November 1st week only. According to him dual-sim Lumias are scheduled to arrive in October and that From now till Decemeber 2013 every month Nokia will launch something new.
The source suggests that the phablet will see the daylight in the first week of November followed by a number of unspecified devices in December.
I guess the Finnish manufacturer has some decent devices in the pipeline that may improve the market share of the company. I hope the phablet comes with the latest Windows Phone update featuring high-end specifications such as quad-core processor and 1080p displays.
Let me remind you, make sure you take this with a pinch of salt, this is a rumor, however, we do hope that this roadmap is correct.
