As well as announcing the new BlackBerry Bold 9900, RIM has announced some new applications for its PlayBook Tablet, which include a new official Facebook applications and a video chat application for RIM’s tablet.
The Facebook application for the BlackBerry PlayBook will let you view and add friends, as well as browse their profiles, and you can also connect with your friends using Facebook chat.
The new video application for the PlayBook will let you make video and voice calls over WiFi, and features incoming call notifications, plus a range of in call functions.
