We have been hearing rumors about the new Oppo R15 smartphone for some time, the handset is now official. There are two versions of the device, the Oppo R15 and R15 Dream Mirror Edition.
Both handset are equipped with a 6.28 inch OLED display that has a FHD+ resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels, the handset features a notch at the top of the display like Apple’s iPhone. Both handset have the same design with a metal frame and a polished glass back.
The Oppo R15 is equipped with an octa core Helio P60 processor and it comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There device also features a 3450 mAh battery and 3 cameras. On the front of the handset there is a 20 megapixel camera for Selfies.
On the back of the device there is a 16 megapixel camera and a 5 megapixel camera for videos and photos. The handset will be available in three colors, Hot Red, Star Purple and Snow White.
The R15 Mirror Edition comes with a Snapdragon 660 processor and 6GB of RAM, it features a smaller 3400 mAh battery. On the back of the device there is one 16 megapixel camera and one 20 megapixel camera. This handset will come in a choice of Dram Red or Ceramic black.
The Oppo R15 will retails for CNY 2,999 which is about $474, the Dream Mirror edition will cost CNY 3,299 which is abot $521.
