We heard a rumor back in December that Nokia would be launching a range of Windows Phone 7 devices in 2011, and now it looks like the rumors have started again.
According to Tech Radar, would could possibly get an announcement from Nokia on Windows Phone 7 smartphones as early as the 11th of February, as the companies new CEO is due to speak to investors in London and is planning a major announcement.
Nokia has stuck with its Symbian OS, but it doesn’t seem to be working for the smartphone maker and they are now looking at other avenues to jump start their smartphone business.
We have heard from Nokia previously that they wouldn’t consider making Android devices, so Windows Phone 7 seems like the next logical step for them, especially consider that their new CEO came from Microsoft.
