Earlier we heard about the new MacBook notebooks and now Apple has also started selling an updated LG UltraFine 4K Display in their Apple Store.
The new LG UltraFine 4K Display is the same price as the last one, it will set you back $699.95 and it comes with a 23.7 inch display that has a 4K resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels.
Enhanced Connectivity and Power Delivery
Connect the UltraFine 4K Display to your MacBook Pro or MacBook Air via an included Thunderbolt 3 cable, which supports 4K video, audio, and data simultaneously — all while supplying up to 85W of charging power to your MacBook Pro or MacBook Air. With two Thunderbolt 3 ports for daisy chaining, you can easily set up dual 23.7-inch UltraFine Display models by simply connecting a single Thunderbolt 3 cable to your MacBook Air or MacBook Pro.
This feature is particularly beneficial for professionals who require multiple displays for their workflow. The ability to daisy chain two monitors means you can expand your workspace without the need for additional cables or adapters. This setup is ideal for video editors, graphic designers, and software developers who need extensive screen real estate to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Compatibility and Versatility
The latest 4K UltraFine display from LG is compatible with USB-C enabled MacBook Pro and the 2018 iPad Pro. This compatibility extends the display’s utility beyond just laptops, making it a versatile addition to any Apple-centric workspace. The USB-C connectivity ensures that you can easily connect your iPad Pro to the display, turning it into a powerful workstation for tasks like photo editing, graphic design, and even coding.
Moreover, the display’s high resolution and color accuracy make it an excellent choice for creative professionals. The 4K resolution ensures that you get sharp and detailed images, while the wide color gamut provides vibrant and true-to-life colors. This makes it easier to work on color-sensitive projects, such as video editing and digital art.
The display also features built-in stereo speakers, a camera, and a microphone, making it a comprehensive solution for video conferencing and multimedia consumption. The inclusion of these features means you don’t have to invest in additional peripherals, saving you both money and desk space.
