
Garmin has this week unveiled newly updates version of its Garmin VIRB action cameras that now take the form of the X and XE.
The new Garmin VIRB XE is prices at $400 and offers 1440p at 30 fps as well as 12 megapixel still images. While the Garmin VIRB X is priced at $299 and offers 720p at 60 fps or 30 fps depending on your preference.

Both Garmin action cameras are waterproof down to 50 meters without the need for an additional case and are fitted with a 1 inch screen on the rear to view your footage and camera angles during setup. For full specifications and features jump over to the Garmin website.
