Leaked information from three separate sources is indicating that Adidas is preparing to launch a new fitness tracking wrist worn device called the miCoach Fit Smart.
The miCoach Fit Smart fitness tracker has yet to be officially announced or unveiled by Adidas yet details of the device have appeared on the FCC, LegalForce and retailer Keller Sports websites.
Very little is known about the new miCoach Fit Smart fitness tracker at the moment, but from the FCC documentation we know that it will be equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 LE and last night it was unveiled by Google that Adidas will be one of its Google Fit’s launch partners.
Now that Nike is rumoured to be scaling back their wrist worn fitness tracking device manufacturing and maybe working more closely with Apple towards including some sort of functionality in their newApple iWatch device. It seems that Adidas is now looking to move closer to Google and launch their very own wrist worn fitness Tracker.
Unfortunately no information on hardware specifications, pricing or worldwide availability has been leaked as yet, but as soon as more information is released by Adidas or leaked we will keep you updated as always. For more information on the new miCoach Fit Smart jump over to the FCC, LegalForce retailer Keller Sports websites for details.
