MSI has showcased a new fanless desktop mini PC this week at Computex 2017 in the form of the MSI Cubi 3 which is powered by a Intel Kaby Lake-U processor with Intel HD graphics. MSI explains that the Cubi 3 should have no problem handling 4K Ultra HD display connections.
The aluminium casing encloses a fanless cooling system for silent operation and features 2 x DDR4 SODIMM slots for up to 32GB of memory, a 2.5 inch drive bay, and an M.2 2280 slot for a solid state drive (SSD) to be installed.
MSI also explains that the mini PC is also compatible with Intel Optane memory and features a DisplayPort and HDMI ports, 6 x USB ports, 2 x Ethernet jacks, and 2 x COM ports (including one which is used for an Ethernet jack in the display model).
Unfortunately no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet MSI about the new MSI Cubi 3 fanless desktop Mini PC, but as soon as information comes to light we will keep you updated as always.
