It looks like we have some more specifications for the new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 smartphone. The handset will apparently come with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. This will probably be the top model of the handset, there is also expected to be another model with 6GB of RAM and other storage options.
The handset is rumored to share a similar design to the existing Galaxy Note 8, the device will probably use a similar 6.3 inch display with a QHD+ resolution.
The new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is rumored to use the same cameras as the Galaxy S9 Plus. This will include dual 12 megapixel rear cameras and and 8 megapixel front camera. The handset will also come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor or a Samsung Exynos 9810, processors will vary by region.
Samsung has confirmed that they will be introducing Bixby 2.0 along with the Galaxy Note 9. This is Samsung’s voice activated assistant and it will be getting a number of upgrades over the current software. The handset will also come with an updated S Pen, this is said to get a number of design changes over the current version.
The handset is expected to come with an iris scanner, facial recognition and fingerprint scanner and the device will come with Android Oreo. Some rumors have suggested that we will see the handset earlier than normal this year, possibly at the end of July or at the latest the start of August.
