Back in April, we heard that Samsung is reportedly working on yet another Samsung Galaxy S6 variant with a model number SM-G928, codenamed Project Zero 2.
The device is apparently quite similar to the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge with the a few changes, including the screen and processor.
The handset is rumored to come with a 5.4 or 5.7-inch display along with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, 32GB of internal storage, a dual-edge display a 16MP camera with optical image stabilization and 4K video recording capabilities as well as a 5MP front-facing camera.
Recently, the folks at SamMobile managed to get some additional information about the alleged device, including its dimensions as well as its battery size. According to the report, the alleged Project Zero 2 will feature a 3,000 mAh battery. The alleged device is around 151 mm tall and around 73 mm wide, making it slightly bigger than the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.
Additional details about the device are not available at the moment, but it may launch as Samsung Galaxy S6 Plus or S6 Edge Plus — you never know.
We’ll update you as soon as we get to hear anything more about this new variant, along with its availability and pricing details.
