Microsoft [MSFT] has added three new HD web cameras to its LifeCam range with the launch of the LifeCam HD-5000, HD-5001 and HD-6000.
The LifeCam HD-5000 and HD-5001 have the same feature but a slightly different design, both feature built in auto focus, a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio and the ability to capture HD video in 720p.
The LifeCam HD-6000 is designed to be used with your notebook or netbook and it can capture video in HD at 720P, has built in auto focus and a swivel design that lets you rotate the camera 360 degrees.
The LifeCam HD-5000 will retail for $49.99 and it is available now, whilst the HD-5001 will be available later this month for the same $49.99 and the HD-6000 will go on sale for $59.99.
