We previously heard a rumor that the new iPhone 6S and 6S Plus smartphones would come with a 12 megapixel camera.
Now another report has also suggested that Apple will use a 12 megapixel camera in the iPhone 6S, although the report suggests that the pixels size will be smaller.
Kevin King from IHS Technology has claimed that Apple’s iPhone 6 will come with a 12 megapixel camera with smaller pixels. Bigger pixels, usually means improved photos in low light conditions, although there are a lot of other factors, like software that affect the image quality.
Apple are expected to launch their iPhone 6S and 6S Plus some time in September and the handsets are expected to come with Apple’s new A9 processor and more RAM than the current models.
We are also expecting Apple’s new iPhone range to come with a new major release of their mobile OS, probably iOS 9 which we are expecting to be made official at WWDC 2015 next month.
