We have heard a number of rumors about the new iPhone 6S and 6S Plus and now according to a recent report, both handsets will come with a 12 megapixel camera.
The news comes from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo from KGI securities, who has a good track record with Apple predictions and receives information from Apple’s supply chain.
According to the report, the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus will come with the same display sizes as the current models, a 4.7 inch display for the 6S and a 5.5 inch display for the 6S Plus, this is hardly surprising as both handsets are said to come with the same design as the current models.
Both devices will use Apple’s new A9 processor, this is something we have been hearing about over the last few months and both handsets will come with the same camera, a 12 megapixel version. The current iPhone 6 Plus has a more advanced camera that the iPhone 6.
Apple will apparently introduce a fourth color options with their new iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, rose gold, to match the color of one of the models of the Apple Watch.
Another new feature in both devices will be an updated TouchUD sensor which is said to be considerably more accurate than the one used in the current handsets. There is also a possibility that Apple will introduced a sapphire glass display on the 6S Plus when the handset launches.
