Yesterday we saw a teardown of the new Samsung Galaxy Fold smartphone by iFixit, this was done after Samsung delayed the launch of the handset due to screen issues.
iFixit has now removed their teardown of the handset at the request of Samsung, the company obtained the handset from a third party. This third party has been requested by Samsung to remove the teardown, you can see a statement from iFixit below.

We are under no obligation to remove our analysis, legal or otherwise. But out of respect for this partner, whom we consider an ally in making devices more repairable, we are choosing to withdraw our story until we can purchase a Galaxy Fold at retail.
