Huawei has been teasing their new Android tablet over the last few weeks, first we saw some teaser photos of the new Huawei MediaPad and then a video, and now Huawei has made the MediaPad official.
The Huawei MediaPad features a 7 inch IPS touchscreen display, and it will come with Android Honeycomb 3.2, which is basically the same as Android 3.1 except it has been designed to work with 7 inch displays, there is also a dual core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm processor.
Other specifications on the Huawei MediaPad include a 1.3 megapixel camera on the front for video chat an a 5 megapixel camera on the back for video and photos.
The Huawei MediaPad supports full HD video playback in 1080p, there is also HSPA and WiFi connectivity and it will go on sale in quarter 3 of 2011, there are no details on pricing as yet.
