Google unveiled their Jump virtual reality camera arrays during the 2015 Google I/O developer conference that took place late last month. That consist of GoPro cameras arranged in different orientation providing 360 degree recording.
Now the search giant is looking for testers to try out the unique camera arrays and provide Google with the footage that can be collected and used in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
Google explains :
Jump enables creators to capture the world in VR video, video that you can step inside of–and make it available to everyone. Select creators will get access to Jump starting this summer. If you’re interested in hearing more or getting the chance to take a Jump camera out for a spin, sign up below.
To register your interest in becoming one of the Jump camera array testers jump over to the official Google website where Google has set up a form for you to fill in explaining what you would do with the opportunity and the hardware if selected.
As soon as Google showcases the projects and the unique video footage we will keep you updated.
