Google has updated its Google Mobile app for the iPhone and iPod Touch, along with the update comes a new name, it is now called the Google Search App.
The Google Search app for the iPhone and iPod Touch features a new interface, with a new toolbar which is designed to make it easier to filter your search results, there is also a new apps section at the bottom of the screen which lets you access other mobile Google apps.
Google has also made it easier to continue searching from where you let off the last time you used the app, you can either start a new search by tapping the search box, or continuing where you left off by tapping the bottom of the search page.
Google has also made changes to Google Goggles, Voice Search, Search with My Location, Gmail, and they have also added a new simple help feature which is designed to help you discover whats new in the app.
