Google is trying to improve its services on a daily basis, introducing exciting features to boost user experience and engagement within its own apps.
Recently, the company announced Google Now to come with support for over 30 different apps, showing you information from them so you don’t have to check the apps.
Google announced they’ve teamed up with more than 30 developers to bring third-party apps support within Google Now. Apps include The Guardian so you could keep up with the daily news right on your homescreen, eBay, Instacart, Trip Advisor, Duolingo, and many others. The company mentioned they’re going to add support for more apps in the future. You can check out the complete list of apps supported by Google Now at the source here.
Google said, “Starting today, the Google app on Android can help you keep up with all the good stuff in 40 different apps at a glance—it’ll bring you Now cards to help you out with your day-to-day life, giving you information that’s helpful to you, right when you need it.”
Google Now can be quite useful when it comes to getting hold of information especially on Android devices where it’s a part of the home screen on devices running Android 4.4 KitKat or higher. This way, you could get all the information related to your commuting needs, weather, stock information, your favorite places to eat, etc right on your fingertips.
