Korin Design has created a new antitheft duffle bag and everyday backpack as part of their new Flexpack range of baggage. “The FlexPack Go and FlexPack Pro as a result to combine security, storage, convenience, comfort, and beauty”. The campaign is currently in its final hours and has already raised over $500,000 thanks to nearly 3,000 backers.
Watch the promotional video below to learn more about the design of the FlexPack range and its accessories which have been designed to provide security conscious travel bags for everyday use. With pledges available from $99 or roughly £75 the FlexPack Pro is available to early bird backers offering a 50 percent discount off the recommended retail price of $198. If all goes well worldwide shipping is expected to take place during October 2018.
The team at Korin Design explain more about the Kickstarter campaign and some of the challenges and risks involved : “Timing is always a challenge with the production of a new product. However, we are working with top-notch suppliers and we have padded our timeline to make sure we can hit the time frames we have laid out. Also, our QA team is in place to personally check every shipment that will go out to make sure all backers receive the product without any defaults. The challenge, therefore, will not be the production side, but mostly the fulfillment side. We now have a good margin in our delivery times, and hope to deliver all the backpacks even before the deadline mentioned on this page.”
