Gamers waiting for a Elder Scrolls Online release date to be announced will be pleased to learn that today Bethesda has announced their new Elder Scrolls Online release date will be April 4th 2014.
As well as announcing the Elder Scrolls Online release date, Bethesda also release a new trailer for the gaming to whet your appetite for things to come in the new game that is currently under development.
The new trailer for the Elder Scrolls Online provide a quick look at the Alliance War in action as Tamriel’s three alliances rally their forces in the heart of Cyrodiil, to conquer fortifications and claim the Ruby Throne.
Earlier this month Bethesda also released a new gameplay trailer for their new Elder Scrolls Online game revealing more about how characters will progress through the game increasing their skills and showing how the new enhanced Elder Scrolls combat system works with real-time targeting and strategic attacks and blocks. “As with other games in The Elder Scrolls franchise, the game will be set in the continent of Tamriel and feature a storyline indirectly connected with the other games. The game will be set a millennium (1000 years) before the events of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and around 800 years before The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, with the “Daedric Prince Molag Bal appearing as the main antagonist as he attempts to pull all of Tamriel to his realm of Coldharbour.”
