We recently heard that the second Android smartphone from BlackBerry would be called the BlackBerry Vienna.
Now a new BlackBerry smartphone running Google’s Android OS has appeared in the GFXBench benchmarks with the model number STV100-1, it is possible that this is the new BlackBerry Vienna.
The handset is listed with an octa core Samsung Exynos 7420 processor clocked at 2.1GHz and the device is running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, it is also listed with a Quad HD display with a screen size of 5.1 inches and a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
Other specifications listed for this new BlackBerry Android device include 3GB of RAM and 32gB of built in storage, the handset is also listed with an ARM Mali-T760 MP8 GPU.
The device is showing dual cameras with a 5 megapixel camera on the front and a 15 megapixel camera on the back. It is not clears if this is indeed the new BlackBerry Vienna, it is possible it could be another device, although exactly what it is has yet to be confirmed.
BlackBerry previously revealed that they have more new Android devices on the way, the Vienna is expected to be their second Android handset, as soon as we get some more details on when this is launching, plus some pictures and confirmation on the specifications, we will let you guys know.
