
The BlackBerry Priv is expected to go on sale some time next month, BlackBerry have not given an official launch date for the handset.

re-orders on the Priv through their device registration system, the company has not confirmed the price of the handset, although it is taking deposits of $40 on the device.
The BlackBerry Priv is the company’s first Android smartphone, the handset comes with a slide out QWERTY keyboard and features a touchscreen display.
The display on the priv measure 5.4 inches and it will come with a Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, the handset is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor and features 3GB of RAM, there is also 32GB of built in storage.
The handset also comes with a microSD card slot for expansion and it features dual cameras, the front camera will have 5 megapixels, the rear camera will come with a Schneider Kreuznach lens and comes with 18 megapixel.
The handset runs Google’s Android OS, no details on the exact version as yet, although it is expected to feature Android Lollipop. The device will also come with a range of BlackBerry features including the company’s own security software.
The handset is expected to go on sale some time in Early November, as soon as we get some more information on the exact release date, we will let you guys know.
