ASUS has introduced a new addition to their range of gaming monitors equipped with support for AMD FreeSync technology, with the unveiling of the new Asus VG245Q which will soon be available to purchase for under $250.
Features of the latest VG245Q gaming monitor include a 24 inch display offering a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, together with 250 cd/m² maximum brightness and 170/160 degree viewing angles.
ASUS has included a TN-film panel in the new gaming monitor which provides flicker-free LED brightness adjustment and is equipped with presets optimised for the various genres of gaming such as racing sims, RTS, RPG, FPS and more.
Reports on the display include DisplayPort 1.2a (required for FreeSync), two HDMI 1.4a, and one D-Sub. jump over to the official ASUS website for full specifications and purchase options.
