We have been hearing rumors about Apple’s Project Titan for the last few years, although the company previously scaled back its self driving car plans and started developing the software rather than hardware.
Now according to a recent report, Apple is developing a self driving shuttle for Apple Campuses.
The news comes in a report from the New York Times Apple will be testing out their self driving software technology with an in house shuttle service to carry their staff from their 1 Infinite Loop office to their new Apple Campus.
The original Apple Protect Titan car project was apparently scaled back because of disagreements about whether the company should develop a full self driving car or a semi self driving car. The company decided in the end to concentrate on developing the technology instead.
