Apple Celebrates 30 Years Of The Mac (Video)

Apple launched their first Mac, the Macintosh 128k 30 years ago Today on the 24th of January 1984, and now the company is celebrating 30 years of the Mac with a video and the following photo on their homepage.

The video below shows use some of Apple’s Macs over the last 30 years and also has a number of people talking about how they have used Apple’s various Macs.

Thirty years ago, Apple introduced the Macintosh with the promise to put the creative power of technology in everyone’s hands. It launched a generation of innovators who continue to change the world. This 30‑year timeline celebrates some of those pioneers and the profound impact they’ve made.

Apple has also released a timeline for the Mac, which details every Mac that the company has launched over the last 30 years, from the Macintosh 128k in 1984 to the Apple Mac Pro in 2014.
