We told you earlier in the week that Angry Birds for Android had been delayed, now it turns out that the developers, Rovio Mobile, are hoping to launch the full version of the game by the end of the week on Google’s Android platform.
The Beta version of Angry Birds on Android has been extremely popular, with over one million downloads, and we suspect the developers are hoping the full version of the game will be as popular as it has been on other platforms.
We try to have it out by the end of the week, and it’s looking good at the moment!
It’s going to be attractively priced, and we try to make it available for as many devices as possible. QVGA displays aren’t supported for the first release, but we’re working to include them in a future update.
There are no details on the exact launch date for Angry Bids on Android and also no details on pricing, but hopefully it should hit the Android Market by the end of the week.
