This week Google has started rolling out its latest Google Maps application for Android smartphones, tablets and Android Wear devices.
The latest Maps 9.9 application enables Android Wear devices to show Google Maps on their smaller screens enabling users to find locations and receive directions directly from the wrist.
Google has specifically designed a new user interface that is easily accessible from a smaller 1.6 inch screen, and has equipped the screen view with both zoom in and out buttons as well as the ability to pinch and zoom, if your fingers are small enough to be able to accomplish this task on a smaller smartwatch screen.
Google has also equipped the latest Google Maps Android Wear application with “always-on” support enabling you to see it until you physically dismiss it. Making it much easier to receive turn-by-turn directions and discover new locations within your vicinity.
The latest Google Maps Android Wear application is now available to download and is available in the form of Maps 9.9 APK . Jump over to the Google Play store for more information and to load it onto your Android Wear device.
