Yesterday we heard that the Android Oreo update would be released for the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge in the next few weeks.
Now it looks like Samsung has released the update for both handsets in the UK as the unlocked versions of the handsets are getting the update.
The unlocked version of the Samsung Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge have started to receive the update in the UK, the update has been released as an over the air update for both devices.
The update is around 1250 MB in size and it brings both handsets to Android 8.0 Oreo and it also included Samsung Experience 9.0. You can check to see if the update is available for your handset from the settings menu.
