The Xiaomi Mi 5 was made official last week, the handset will go up for sale on the 1st of March. Xiaomi has been taking registrations for the handset over the last week and 14.4 million people have signed up to buy the device.
The Mi 5 comes with a 5.15 inch IPS display with a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, processing is provided by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor.
The handset comes with two options, one with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, the other with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
Other specifications on the handset include a 4 megapixel front camera and a 16 megapixel rear camera, the device comes with the Company’s MIUI 7 OS which is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Xiaomi Mi 5 will go on sale at 10AM tomorrow in China and the prices for the handset will start at $260.
