
Over the past few weeks, we’ve heard quite a lot about the upcoming flagship device, the Xiaomi Mi 5, from the Chinese company.
Previously, we heard that the company is expected to launch in the Xiaomi Mi 5 after the Chinese Spring Festival, and it seems it may be correct. According to a new rumor, the alleged Xiaomi Mi5 will see the light of the day on February 20th and will hit retail the next day.
It makes a little sense as the Chinese Spring Festival is taking place in early February so there’s a possibility that we may get to see the new flaghsip Xiaomi device around a similar time frame.
As for the specifications, the alleged Xiaomi Mi5 is expected to come with a 5.3-inch display boasting a resolution of 2560 by 1440 pixels, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC under the hood. Rumors suggest that Xiaomi will launch two versions of the handset: one boasting 3GB of RAM and 16GB of storage while the other variant will ship with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage on board.
Other rumored features include 16MP camera for photos and videos, 5MP front-facing camera, a 3,030 mAh battery and is expected to come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
