The Xiaomi Mi Note Pro was announced back in January and now the company has announced that the handset will go on sale on the 12th of May.
The Xiaomi Mi Note Pro comes with a 5.7 inch display which has a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and 515 pixels per inch.
The handset is powered by an octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and it also features an Adreno 430 GPU and 4GB of RAM.
The new Xiaomi Mi Note Pro also comes with 64GB of built in storage and it is equipped with a 3090 mAh battery than comes with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 technology, the device also has front and rear cameras.
On the front of the handset there is a 4 megapixel camera for Selfies, on the back on the handset there is a 13 megapixel camera with a Sony IMX214 sensor, the rear camera features Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). The device comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop and Xiaomi’s custom user interface, MIUI 6.
The handset will launch in China and will retail for 2,999 Yuan which is about $482 at the current exchange rate. As yet there are no details on whether Xiaomi intends to launch the device outside of China, you can find out more information about this new smartphone at the link below.
