We have been hearing rumors about the new Xiaomi Mi Note 2 over the last few weeks, the device is now official and we have all the details on the handset.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 comes with a 5.7 inch OLED display that is curved on both sides and the display has a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The handset is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor and it comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of built in storage, there is also another version with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
Other specifications on the handset include a 22.56 megapixel rear camera which comes with EIS stabilization for video and it can record 4K video, up front there is an 8 megapixel camera with auto focus.
The new Xiaomi Mi Note 2 also comes with a 4070 mAh battery, prices for the handset will start at CNY 2799 for the 4GB 64GB model which is about $415.
There are two versions of the 6GB and 128GB model, a standard version which will cost CNY 3299 or $485 and a global model which will cost CNY 3499 which is about $520.
