iOS users that have just purchased a new Apple Watch or are waiting for their order to be delivered, may be interested in a new wooden Apple Watch dock that can also charge your iPhone as well.
Created by Jordan Van Flute based in the UK, the design offers a different approach to the ever-growing variety of different Apple Watch docks that are being created around the world.
Van Flute’s Apple Watch dock is currently over on Kickstarter looking to raise £1,000 in pledges to make the jump from concept to production. So if you think Apple Watch dock is something you could benefit from, visit the Kickstarter website now to make a pledge and help Apple Watch dock become a reality.
“We started manufacturing surgical simulators back in 2011 as a group of university students out of my grandads garage. Since then we’ve moved twice and have procured everything from cnc milling machines’ laser cutters, vinyl cutters, 3D printers and so much more.
Having access to this kind of machinery allows us to make almost any dream become a reality. With this in mind we recently launched the one product a week challenge. We release designs every single week and ask the internet whether they should be manufactured. If the internet says yes then we respond by starting production.
This challenge was created to stretch our design team to the absolute limit. It’s what we love and it gets us up in the morning.
This particular project is part of that challenge. If you like what you see then support us. In turn you will be supporting British manufacturing (something we are incredibly passionate about). The design is somewhat loosely based on an existing product that we already manufacture. Inspiration for the product came from last weeks apple watch launch. “
